PP Cap

Screw neck cap
Suitable for LC and LC/MS applications, it provides a low evaporation, reusable, and less harmful sealing way and no additional tools are required. The screw caps are available as either open top cap for auto-sampling and solid top cap for storage.

Crimp top cap
The crimp vial is most suitable for GC and GC/MS applications. It provides higher safety for food, forensics and other applications that are expected to avoid sample fraud for it is not reusable. It can provide the best seal for long-term storage when clamped properly.

Snap top cap
It can be closed without any tools, but the sealing performance is not as good as the sealing ways above and cannot be pressurized. 

Shell top cap

Sealing by PE plug, and it is economical and convenient for a few of autosampler.

Cap pre-bonded with septum
● It has good chemical inertness, even if it is in contact with concentrated acid, concentrated alkali or strong oxidant at high temperature;
● The silicone layer provides high sealing performance;
● The septum do not come off the cap during transportation.
● The septum do not be stuck during the puncture process, even if the injection needle is thick and blunt.
